Irks aside, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is a stellar title that proves the PSP can do nearly everything the PS2 can. A full-fledged entry in the GTA series, it's surprisingly long and packed to the gills with anarchic fun. Fans expecting something as expansive as San Andreas will be disappointed, but anyone looking for portable craziness at impossible speeds should pick this up.
