Unless you’re a longtime fan of the franchise, Ys I & II Chronicles has nothing to offer. This PSP remake of a remake may be have great value, but the content’s dull and the ideas are ancient. You’re much better off with any of the other Ys remakes on the platform, whether you’re unfamiliar with Ys or obsessed with it.
