I love the article. I just want to say that I am currently in a humanities class for college(not for my major but an elective) I single handedly fought off a group of 15 other adults for a hour and provided so many examples, websites, articles, fan art ect that they now agree that video games is indeed interactive art. How sweet is that.

I think you guys were really stretching it with this article. A few of the games I could see helping change the way games are developed but there quite a few that I had no idea why they're even on the list.
But you guys get paid the big bucks to make up stuff we all come to read. Just my opinion.

I'm really looking forward to Mass Effect 2 and Heavy Rain...although, Mass Effect 2 seems the same to me as the first one...I guess I'll have to wait and find out.

Out of the games in this article, APB and Knights of the Old Republic are definatly the most interesting to me. Here's to hoping they both come out soon.

Okay, I finally read the article.
Whose fucking idea was it to write that the Last Guardian kitty dragon is "ugly"? Whoever wrote is probably jealous of how cool it looks. Anonymous writer, YOU are the ugly one. TAKE THAT!
Seriously, that dragon is fucking awesome.

All of these look really cool. I'll definitely have to pick some up. Speaking of remakes, I would to see current-gen anniversary additions of some good old N64 games. No extra tweaks, easter eggs, or anything. My thoughts travel back to the FFVII PS3 tech demo...

I'm dubious about Splinter Cell Conviction's wall projection stuff but it should be interesting, and I trust and love Bioware but any MMO fills me with doubt and this one is no different, as for wii motion plus, meh, and Project Natal double meh. Microsoft evidently hate disabled gamers. Try playing that E3 hitting balls into walls tech demo game thing in a wheel chair and then tell me the controller is the problem with games.

The problem with games is fuckwits like Peter Mollenux (sp? although on the other hand i dnt give a fk how u spell it) who sacrefice balanced gameplay and good storytelling for gimmicky "YOU CAN MARRY ANY1 (although why you'll want to we don't know) IN THIS GAME!) crud.

Fable could have been an awesome rpg but they buggered it by trying to turn it into an acorn or something. In the end it was a decent action rpg with an ok story with an oak tree sized bunch of unnessesary crap sticking out of its arse which the obviously concerntrated on far too much preventing them from concerntrating on making it a great action rpg with a wonderful story.

Nuff Said -_-

God im in a bad mood today.

The truth is out of these games the only ones I'm looking forward to are Mass Effect 2 and Star Wars: TOR. Mass Effect 2 will be out in early 2010 I hope but I'm willing to wait for TOR. People keep saying "just hurry it up. It's good enough you don't have to finish it" to Lucasarts and they keep rushing their projects and they look horable. Look at The Force Unleashed. People saw the graphics and then would say "This is awsome. Send it out right away. Oh you haven't finished the story yet? Wel get right on that and release it by next week". By doing this Forc Unleashed ended up being only an okay game at best. As much as I would like to play TOR right now, I personnally think it should be released in late 2010, early 2011. That way they have more time to fix all the bugs and we won't have a quickly drawnup ending that my three year old 2nd cousin could come up with.
