4. PC Elitists aka </pathetic>

Usually plays: Counterstrike, WoW, Starcraft
Favorite snack: Bawls

These well-to-do social misfits point their pimply, upturned noses squarely in the direction of the millions of folks who own and enjoy consoles. We've got no problem with PC gamers in general, but the elitist punks we refer to won't let us enjoy anything other than PC games without giving us hulking mouthfuls of wretched snark.

Don't bother reasoning with them; they'll simply LOL you to pieces and snidely proclaim that you "just don't get it." That may be true, but you can take solace in what you do get: laid, for one. And probably exercise.

Refrain from pointing out that with the chunk of change they dropped prepping their rig for a nonexistent title, they could've bought any next-gen console they pleased and an ass load of great games... including most of the ones they've busted many a nut over on the PC.

jeez, if I could fit into one of these stereotypes, it'd probably be the PC gamer one. I own a PC and I love it, but I'd never insult any other console or raise it above say a 360 or PS3. I just happen to own a nice computer that can run some games that my Wii can't (I can't believe I bought a Wii...)

the wii-playing family is very good. thats exactly how they are in all the adverts. people that use wiis arent gamers, theyre happy middle class families that have somehow been unaffected by the credit crunch even though they dont go to work and have to pay fines for not sending their children to school. not all wii owners are like that though, all the gamers who bought a wii did so because they thought they might have some decent games e.g. cod but these are very rare and you cant be taken seriously as a gamer if you say you use a wii. any proper gamer will have a ps3 or 360, and will have sold their wii on ebay once they realised it was shit, but before everyone else had.

I have met all of these people except the perfect family stereotype which obviously does not exist anywhere but commercials. I especially hate demon-children... actually, I'd rather be in a server full of them then the eighth and worst stereotype: Racist asshole (must be 16+). They actually know what they're talking about, unlike the demon children who model their lives off of these people and repeat it because they think it is cool.

Wii sucks. It has 1-3 decent games and I regret buying one.
PS3 only has a couple more good games than the wii but it's better so, yeah, I have nothing against the ps3.
I like the 360 best, though. It has Halo, Gears, and other stuff I like...

I've met all of these as I work at a vintage console and game shop. I love listening to the little bastard children dogging old NES games, then watching as they get nowhere on World 1-1 of Super Mario Bros.

For those of you who knock the Wii, go take your copy of Halo 3 that came with the limited edition Halo 360 and shove it up your a$$, as anyone who played the first two agree that the third sucks balls.

My people epitomize the 'happy family' playing the Wii. I think it rocks that more people are playing current gen. games. If any of you know our economy, the video game industry is booming while all the 'real' workers out there are getting laid off. Guess who's able to pay his rent this month?

theguru i totally agree aboutgameoverbaby to me he sounds like #1 stereo typical gammer. Areth45 i agree with him. I agree with the 8 rating but i dont agree with worst i find the others more annoying... they actually shut up sometimes(its rare). i wouls also like to add thephntm to the hate, come on dude Wii had so much potential but really screwed up with the games. get over it
