Being a gang-banger isn't all drugs, mayhem and glory. The locals pay you good money to "protect" them (mostly from yourself), and when the cops won't lift a finger, it's your job to defend Coney from people worse than you.

In this mission, there's some kind of rapist in a skeleton costume wandering the streets and attacking women. Obviously, there are some things even the Warriors find abhorrent, and they can't allow freaks like that to operate under their noses. So to keep your streets safe, you'll need to track this creep down and crack his skull. The fake one and the real one.
