Atari has announced that it is bringing the manic action and heart-wrenching storylines of Dragon Ball Z to PSP in the form of Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai. Shin Budokai is being developed by Dimps, the team responsible for the Budokai beat-'em-up series on consoles, and offers a similar style of action for PSP owners.
