From GIBiz: Sony's Liverpool studio has spoken out for the first time on the problems caused by WipEout HD's failure of a routine epilepsy test.
VG247: SCEE's just told us that an announcement of the European WipEout HD date is likely to happen today.
SCE Liverpool's downloadable hovercraft racer Wipeout HD will cost $19.99 when it arrives on PlayStation 3 later this year, producer Daimion Pinnock has confirmed.
A Sony representative has confirmed to D+PAD that WipEout HD will be priced at £11.99 when it finally hits PlayStation Store.

We've just heard that the European price for WipEout HD is going to be a cent under 18 Euros, so presumably £14.99 or similar in Albion, and it appears a few European sites are reporting the same thing.
The Dutch website PS Only released the first pictures that show us some WipeOut HD Trophies. The game has a total of 38 Trophies, one Platinum.

After a months-long delay supposedly caused by failing seizure tests, it seems like WipEout HD is finally ready to debut on the PSN. The long-awaited HD follow-up to the PSP games, WipEout Pure and WipEout Pulse have many excited. One quick look at the game reveals exactly why: it is gorgeous, fast and absolutely breathtaking. We got a chance to play the upcoming downloadable title, and we limped away, impressed by the presentation and the absolutely visceral racing experience.

Following reports concerning the delay to Wipeout HD and suggestions that the game had failed an epilepsy test, a SCEE representative today provided TVG with an official response.
CVG has been told that WipEout "fails the epilepsy tests so much that it has to be re-engineered."
Eurogamer: "WipEout HD has yet to be released because of a 'specific technical problem', but Sony hopes it will be out 'before the end of the year'.
