There are a total of 57 trophies according to this list, with the breakdown being 36 Bronze, 13 Silver, 7 Gold and 1 Platinum trophy. Bronze Trophies

Secret Anti-Camper -- Kill an enemy in a Missile or Flak Turret after that enemy has achieved at least five kills in that type of turret.

Secret Daredevil -- Get 100 feet off the ground in a ground vehicle. Does not count if the vehicle is being carried by a Dropship.

Secret Hit List -- Kill every member of the opposing team at least once during a round.

I want to know how robust this new offline mode is. Are talking a few quick challenges? How about the ability to play against bots? Remember Bots?

There was once a time when all multiplayer games let you play alone with bots. It was great for learning maps and how to use weapons. When the PS3 trophy system was announced in June, Warhawk was to be one of the first pre-trophy games to be brought up to speed. They weren't fibbing! Sony have announced that, as part of Warhawk's 1.5 update, over 50 trophies will be introduced into the game. It'll be released on August 27.

Dylan Jobe reiterated some points PS3Fanboy touched on previously, but also had a very strong statement that is sure to please Warhawk fans: "To earn the Warhawk Platinum Trophy, all you have to do is unlock the base game's 44 Trophies...you do *NOT* have to buy any DLC to unlock the Platinum Warhawk Trophy. * There are 10 trophies based on the Warhawk's current stats/rank/awards system. Like getting all your Bronze badges, attaining a specific rank, or earning a number of medals.

* There are 34 trophies that are entirely *new* rewards based on Warhawks core game and not based on our current stats, ranks or other awards.

* There are then 4 trophies per booster pack that are, of course, completely new awards.

We don't know much about the version 1.4 patch besides that it will include minimum rank options and further enhance game-launching from within PlayStation Home.

However, today we learned a little more as one user, Gnob, on the PlayStation.com forums showed screen captures (presumably from Home's updated game-launching interface). The "Play List" option allows for the original modes (CTF, Deathmatch, etc.) but also introduces new modes: Hero mode and Collection mode. Should be interesting to see what kind of gameplay changes are on the way.

Between these hours, Sony will shut down the Warhawk servers for scheduled maintenance, and warns players that, while they'll be able to log into PSN and download the new patch, you won't actually be able to play until the servers are back up and running. The Warhawk servers have now gone down for maintenance until 4PM GMT. However they have now made the v1.3 update available for download. To download the new update just start up the game and it will ask you to download the new v1.3 update. Its as easy as that.

The new features that are in the new update are as follows:
*BIO-FIELD EMITTER (Creates a zone of healing for allies and a zone of damage for enemies)
*MECHANIC FIELD WRENCH (can be used to repair allied vehicles and turrets as well as damage enemy vehicles and turrets)

*Point value update for CTF defend and flag-carrier kill

Servers will be down for roll-out of the Warhawk v1.3 client-side patch and a concurrent server-side update. Servers will be unavailable Wednesday, April 2nd between 3am and 9am Pacific (6am-12pm Eastern, 1000-1600 GMT). After this window the client patch will be available for download when you boot Warhawk.

Client-side updates for v1.3 patch:
- Bio-Field Emitter that creates a zone of healing for allies and a zone of damage for enemies.

Uncharted and Resistance may have wicked cool feature sets for PlayStation Home, it's actually Warhawk's planned game portal that has Kotaku most excited. According to their sources, the Home lobby for the Incognito dogfighter will serve as a "war room" where up to eight players can meet to discuss their strategy for an upcoming match. Sure, you could do that with text or voice chat, but it sounds like the developers have gone the extra mile to make planning your battles even cooler.

Using a three-dimensional "sand table" replication of the level, Warhawk players are said to be able to lay out their strategies in a properly scaled space. They'll even be able to place little army men avatars around the map to envision their formations, something Kotaku hope players can also do with teeny tiny Warhawk planes, tanks and Jeeps.

Single-player was dropped from the game, but that doesn't mean it won't ever happen. "We made a strategic decision to go multiplayer only and I would be against doing a set of single-player expansion packs for Warhawk," said Dylan Jobes, Game Director for Warhawk, but, "if we look at doing single-player in the future [it would be] related to a new product." He also added that Incognito is interested in taking Warhawk beyond the current PS3 title, stating that, "if there is an opportunity that presents itself for us to further the franchise then we'll definitely take advantage of it."

On the Official Playstation Blog where Dylan Jobe the director of Warhawk announced details of the 1.3 patch, the user mikehc69 had posted the following comment...

"Dylan:

Theres been alot of talk of a possible expansion called "Operation Broken Mirror" being released toward the end of March. Its popped up on various PSN release date lists. Any truth to this rumor?

Could it be the fabled SNOW MAP we have all been waiting for??"

Dylan Replied with the following:

Take this as you wish, but it looks like he's hinting at something here. Especially since when you click the ASCII art in his blog post, it brings you to a broken mirror image.

A small glitch in the matrix yesterday saw the newly-released Warhawk Omega Dawn Booster Pack go for free on the new in-game DLC store.

Warhawk was yesterday updated to version 1.2 which, among other things, added a new in-game store for streamlining the download process with new content. But for a limited time, an error caused the European store to price the new expansion pack at £0.00. Score!

But, like every time you hear stories of shops like Argos selling 360s for £2.79, the error has been fixed before the downloading sprees could commence, and it now dons the proper £3.99 price tag.

Many of you may have seen it announced on other websites but...

Our Omega Dawn Booster pack will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store December 20th World-Wide!!

Also, our free v1.2 game patch will be made available world-wide for all of you on December 19th at 10:00 GMT...that's 2am Pacific. We will also be having a scheduled maintenace window form 10:00 to 16:00 GMT. Basically for us to roll-out the new patch. Please also note that while you will not be able to play Warhawk durring this time, you *will* be able to pull down the patch in preperation for the world-wide game environment to come back online at 16:00 GMT (8am Pacific)

I have also been collecting questions that all of you have asked both here and on the SCEA blog. I will be posting a FAQ early next week.

Will answer 1 question right now though...what are we currently working on?

We are busy in development of our v1.3 game update. Yes its FREE of course (just in case some of you ask). And YES, it includes some new game stuff...not just fixes. Here's a hint...its not new free layouts like we are releasing with v1.2. It has to do with troops. What could it be? :-)

Missing from the NPD November sales charts is Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, which only managed 117,000 sales. To be fair, Uncharted did have a better first-month than Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction (74,500 units), Warhawk (58,600 units) and Lair (46,500 units), but still fell behind Heavenly Sword's debut sales (139,000 units) in September.

"Calling all trench monkeys, starting next week, we will be running a Warhawk Competition open to 32 Three Speech users. There will be two preliminary sessions of 16 people with a final featuring the top four from each group, thus eight in total.

Listen closely as this is about to get detailed.

The first preliminary session will take place on Monday December 10 at 5pm (GMT) and will be made up of three games. The first two will be 10 minute warm ups - death matches. The third game will be a 15 minute dogfight to ensure it's a level playing field. The top four players from the dogfight will proceed to the final.

The second preliminary session will take place on Wednesday December 12, also at 5pm (GMT) and will be in the same format as the first preliminary session.

The final will take place on Friday December 14, again at 5pm (GMT), with eight finalists. There will be one 10 minute warm up game which will be a free for all. The final game to decide the first, second and third places will be a 20 minute dogfight.

The games need to start at 5pm (GMT) to ensure we can monitor the winners of each round. The password will only be given out to the 16 people playing in each game and we will need everybody's PSN ID so that we can verify the correct people are playing. Players can only take part on their allocated day.

To take part please make sure you will be available to play at 5pm (GMT) on all days and mail us at blog@threespeech.com with your name and PSN ID, so we can confirm your place in the respective game and send you the password.

Three Speech just got a press release from Sony announcing the forthcoming expansion pack for Warhawk which is going by the name 'Operation: Omega Dawn'.

Operation: Omega Dawn pack features:
* Set at night for added impact and tension, the Operation: Omega Dawn pack for Warhawk features an enhanced level of teamwork, tactics and coordinated aerial assaults with the new KT-424 Combat Dropship.
* Omega Factory battlefield includes 5 new map layouts featuring advanced building complexes and huge industrial towers.
* KT-424 Combat Dropship transports 1 pilot, 6 soldiers and 1 ground vehicle; and features a deadly new weapon Â¿ the MBEC-3 Heavy Support Cannon.

Ok, so your warhawk game isn't working since the new update. It says something like "you aren't the user for this" or something to that gist. Well you be glad to know that this happened to everyone in Europe. And you would also be glad to know that they are working on a fix for it.

The Warhawk 1.1 patch is now officially available for download. To get the latest patch, just launch your Warhawk game and you will be notified that the 1.1 update is available. The download is about 8.2 megs. If you managed to get the patch before today's official release, when it was accidentally released, you'll find there are fixes to the "viral-rank-up" and the "time-in-vehicle stat".

Next week, Sony Computer Entertainment America will be bringing its new PS3 brand campaign to TV. Unlike the initial "White Room" ads, these will focus on key titles and PS3 features. GameDaily Biz chat with Kim Ngyuen, SCEA Marketing Manager, about the new focus.

Kim Ngyuen says:

"We briefed the [ad] agency in April that we wanted to emphasize the entertainment qualities and show off the primary titles [for the PS3] this Holiday season," described Ngyuen when asked about how the campaign was initially envisioned.
