This trailer might suggest Warhawk is some kind of jovial, laughter-fueled mix of Takeshi's Castle and Battlefield 2. But don't let the jolly music confuse you. We know that Warhawk is an action-filled explosive deathmatch fest, and the gameplay footage within backs that up.

The footage comes courtesy of Sony Japan, but we'd struggle to offer a reason for the oompah-oompah style soundtrack. Still, regardless of backing score, Warhawk is looking hot. Especially if it turns out to be the cut-price next-gen update to Hardware we're all dreaming of. Does anyone know the Japanese word for "Ka-blammo!?"
