Three Speech just got a press release from Sony announcing the forthcoming expansion pack for Warhawk which is going by the name 'Operation: Omega Dawn'.
Ok, so your warhawk game isn't working since the new update. It says something like "you aren't the user for this" or something to that gist. Well you be glad to know that this happened to everyone in Europe. And you would also be glad to know that they are working on a fix for it.
The Warhawk 1.1 patch is now officially available for download. To get the latest patch, just launch your Warhawk game and you will be notified that the 1.1 update is available. The download is about 8.2 megs. If you managed to get the patch before today's official release, when it was accidentally released, you'll find there are fixes to the "viral-rank-up" and the "time-in-vehicle stat".

In the new Game Informer magazine, is mentioned a Warhawk expansion in December, here is what it says: There aren't any screens available yet, but we saw an early version of this expansion pack in action. The big news is the addition of a new vehicle: the dropship. Armed with six missiles turrets and the ability to pick up ground vehicles (like tanks), the dropship will sure change the face of battle - so much so that previous zones will be modified slightly to integrate the new vehicle.
A Sony Computer Entertainment spokesperson has confirmed to Level Up that sometime later this month, retailers will begin selling a $39.99 SKU of Warhawk that does not include the Bluetooth headset. When the game went on sale in August, two versions were available: a download-only version sold through the Playstation Network for $39.99, and Blu-Ray disc version with a Jabra Bluetooth headset packed in, for $59.99. With this price reduction, the retail and digitally distributed versions of Warhawk now sell for the same price.
PSN at Home is Hosting a Warhawk tournament with some sweet prizes such as a Collectable MGS4 Case and Warhawk Strategy guides... not only that but the first 20 to register will get the Collectable Warhawk "Wings" Pin that the top 100 players in the beta got.
Here is an announcement from a moderator at the EU Playstation forums informing gamers that they have increased the amount of Warhawk servers and there could be even more ranked servers to come.
