Finally, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is a PS3 Greatest Hits title. Starting on August 16th, gamers will be able to purchase Uncharted: Drake's Fortune for the low retail price of $29.99.
TripleChat reports that a price cut to Sony's monster of a console is all but inevitable now. With reports coming in that Microsoft will phase out its 60GB Pro model and reduce the price of the Elite unit to $299; Sony is going to have to step up and reduce the price of their console. TripleChat states that potential buyers everywhere should expect both the announcement of the PS3 Slim model as well as a price cut to go with it next week at Games Con.

Twitter has been used to distribute Uncharted 2 Beta Codes. NextGN posted a page that shows the last 20 Twitter posts containing the words "Uncharted", "Beta" and "Codes".
Naughty Dog has said they're working on a fix for the issues encountered in the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves multiplayer BETA. Along with fixes for the PS3 restarting after the game is exited and matchmaking problems, the deathmatch limits will also be raised to increase game time.

Ever since the PS3 integrated Trophy support into its firmware with version 2.40, people have been keeping an eye on Sony's other platform: the PSP. It isn't hard to believe that people have been looking for Trophy support to move onto the PSP - it's proven a great success on the handheld's big daddy, the PS3, and taken plenty of cues from the highly addictive Achievement system created on XBox Live. While everything mentioned here is but speculation, Infinite-Bits believes there is enough evidence to favor the idea of trophies coming to the PSP in the near future.
