As you know, if you have visited PS3Evolved or listen to The Evolved Gaming Podcast lately, that I am and have been excited about the release of Tom Clancy's EndWar from Ubisoft. You may also know that today, November 5th, 2008, was the release date for Tom Clancy's EndWar. After a couple phone calls I was able to track down a copy and picked it up on the way home from work. Expect a review to come this weekend, but right now I want to let my fellow PS3 owners know about some "Exclusive Content" available to them that I did not know about and still know little about. I do know that a 4 vs 4 mode is planned as future DLC and that more maps and units are also going to be available in the future, but this was a welcome surprise!
Ubisoft has developed a limited edition headset bundle. Gamers can now get a copy of EndWar along with the official Sony Bluetooth wireless headset or Xbox 360 Wireless headset for $89.99.

Developers have finally figured out how to write software that takes better advantage of the multiple processing cores in the Cell chip that runs the PS3 and the Xenon CPU that powers the Xbox 360. By performing several tasks at once, the chips can execute billions more instructions per second than their predecessors."
