Easy Way To Beat "Joey the Boxer"
Unlock the perk with health regeneration 60% out of combat, and then find Joey and start fighting. You will need to dodge punches by pushing the square button. Beat him up until your health is down to about 15%. Then run downstairs (he won't follow) and your health will regenerate to about 75% go back up and his health will be the same as when you left. Keep doing this till hes KO'd.

Easy Bank Robberys
If you are looking for some money, try this. Make sure you have at least 70,000 then go to New Jersey and buy the safehouse that is not owned by any family. Save and go outside - there is a bank just down the road. Rob it and run back to your safehouse. This bank does not get you much money but it is good practice to robbing other banks in New York! If you rob all the banks you get a special bonus!
