Ben Reily - Complete 25 city events
Cosmic Spider-Man - Complete Act 1
Iron Spidey - Collect 150 Spider Tokens
Spider Carnage - Defeat 500 enemies
Spider-Man 2099 - Complete 50 city events

After beating the game watch the credits. When you go back to the main menu, you'll be able to select New Game +.

Tokens On Your Radar
Collect 1,000 Spider Tokensand they will show up as red dots on your radar.
