Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy

Bourne game too violent for Matt Damon

Actor WAS in negotiations for likeness and voice to be used, apparently

Matt Damon's not too keen on the level of violence in the The Bourne Conspiracy game.

MTV reports that negotiations were underway to get his voice and likeness in the game, but the actor "took issue with the game's level of violence and pulled out."

Damon's played black ops assassin Jason Bourne in three movies, the last being The Bourne Ultimatum. It would have been great to see him reprise his role in the videogame, but unfortunately that ain't happening.
