On the second level when you get out of the factory were the Chimera are making more of themselves, go into the first bar you see.Inside there should be two mines and a bunch of ammo on a pool table. After you dispose of the mine, look to the right of were you entered and you should see a dart board on the wall. Get on the other side of the wall and target practice. To add to the fun, after you shoot up the board go over to the bar and you should see LOADS of bottles. Just tap the trigger button so you only shoot one bullet for the carbine and enjoy.

Note: You might be better off just playing the game, but I had noticed the setup in one player and decided to try it out next time my friend had to go to the bathroom in co-op, it actually turned out to be better than waiting for him)
