DICE and EA are dealing with the problem

Fallout 3 has been banned in Australia, but Aussie gamers aren't giving up without a fight. Gameplayer.com.au has launched a petition in a bid to change the minds of the Australian censors:
Destructoid writes: "The latest out of the NYTimes is that this Monday MTV and Harmonix will announce that a Guns N' Roses track called "Shackler's Revenge" will make its official debut on Rock Band 2. The track is from the perpetually delayed album, Chinese Democracy. The article then goes on to state that Chinese Democracy could come out this fall with Duke Nukem Forever and When Pigs Fly.
From GamingTarget.com "Bethesda Softworks' parent company, ZeniMax, has a new website up, an unannounced page for Bethesda's upcoming RPG Fallout 3. The page will almost certainly be announced when E3 starts this week (edit: where our very first appointment on Tuesday is to preview the game), but we bring you the skinny ahead of time."
Kerry Davis, Software Engineer at VALVe, has replied to gamer texas2cali stating that the Xbox360 version of Team Fortress 2 will be receiving updates late summer. Weapon unlockables will not be part of the update though, "at least not for now" adds Kerry.
Adding a further dash of hype to the soon to be released Soul Calibur IV for Xbox360 and PLAYSTATION3, Character Designer Hideo Yoshie has released a statement divulging the aim of the design behind new character Algol.
This week's Dengeki PlayStation issue features an interview with Nomura, which reveals some of the plans for upcoming events. Nomura mentions that Final Fantasy VII Advent Children: Complete might finally be getting a release date, and that we should expect many more surprises. In addition, he admits most of Versus XIII's development team is currently working on other titles, something that delays the work on the title.
