One of the first games expected to shine in one of Home's series of game portals is Insomniac's Resistance: Fall of Man. Resistance is said to provide Home visitors with an interesting room to explore, one that will let PlayStation 3 owners visit unseen areas of the game and tap into bonus content in the form of "intercepted" radio communications between European and U.S. forces.

These hidden transmissions will help to flesh out the Resistance story, giving players a better understanding of the game's conflict. Kotaku hear that Home avatars will have free roam of unpopulated levels, not unlike a virtual Resistance museum.

Joystiq reports:

"A teeny-tiny Rock Band patch will be available this week which only affects a few DLC songs. Harmonix is apparently doing some early spring cleaning as it fixes some genre tags for songs and one vocal bug. The songs can simply be redownloaded today for Xbox 360 and Thursday for PS3 to receive the new version."

It started yesterday with the rating of the USK in Germany.
GTA IV has been rated as 18+. After that, alot of gameshops and magazines from germany, austria and switzerland contacted Take2 to ask if the game will be uncut in germany.

The reason is, since GTA 3, every GTA has been released as a cut version in germany.
The last two, Vice City and San Andreas got the 16+ rating. So the currently 18+ rating for GTA IV let alot of people guess it could be uncut now.

Anyway, Take2 confirmed it will be uncut in germany. But not only that, they also said, the game will be released as the same version worldwide.

Ubisoft and Free Radical have revealed the latest release date for PS3 exclusive, Haze. Again. This time "May 2008" is the projected date for the shooter, which was last due Christmas '07, and originally months before that as well. Let's hope the extra effort proves worthwhile. The latest issue of Famitsu reports that Konami will be commemorating the Japanese release of MGS4 with three packages. The game's base pack includes MGS4 and Metal Gear Online. But real fans of the sneak will want to pick up the Special Edition box set, which includes a Blu-ray disc featuring all the trailers released so far along with making-of footage. Finally, there's the premium pack, which will include everything in the Special Edition version along with a PlayStation 3 unit.

Videogaming247 is reporting that Digital Extremes guy Dave Kudirka sees Prototype in the same space as his baby Dark Sector, saying, "There are a few action titles coming out in this first quarter that we'll be competing with, but Prototype is definitely the title that appears to have generated comparison to Dark Sector in the online community.

"I think the attractive monster-as-hero convention is the strongest connection between the two titles. And names like Devil May Cry, Metal Gear, and Grand Theft Auto always cast a big shadow, especially when you're bringing a new IP to the table."
