One of the first games expected to shine in one of Home's series of game portals is Insomniac's Resistance: Fall of Man. Resistance is said to provide Home visitors with an interesting room to explore, one that will let PlayStation 3 owners visit unseen areas of the game and tap into bonus content in the form of "intercepted" radio communications between European and U.S. forces.

Ubisoft and Free Radical have revealed the latest release date for PS3 exclusive, Haze. Again. This time "May 2008" is the projected date for the shooter, which was last due Christmas '07, and originally months before that as well. Let's hope the extra effort proves worthwhile. The latest issue of Famitsu reports that Konami will be commemorating the Japanese release of MGS4 with three packages. The game's base pack includes MGS4 and Metal Gear Online. But real fans of the sneak will want to pick up the Special Edition box set, which includes a Blu-ray disc featuring all the trailers released so far along with making-of footage. Finally, there's the premium pack, which will include everything in the Special Edition version along with a PlayStation 3 unit.
Videogaming247 is reporting that Digital Extremes guy Dave Kudirka sees Prototype in the same space as his baby Dark Sector, saying, "There are a few action titles coming out in this first quarter that we'll be competing with, but Prototype is definitely the title that appears to have generated comparison to Dark Sector in the online community.
