Tuesday 4 July 2006 Senior figures in the games industry have expressed their concerns over the price of PlayStation 3 and suggest Sony should be looking at introducing a price drop in 2007 in order to compete. WarHawk developer Incognito may only have "officially" known about the PS3 tilt controller for a couple of weeks before E3, but Sony Santa Monica game director Brian Upton now claims the companies had been plotting for ages.

Sonic is back and ready for action, and he's brought along a new friend for his next-gen debut.

After years of disappointing installments and broken promises, Sega looks to be going back to their roots with the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic's latest adventure centers on a mysterious new world, one ruled over by a beautiful human princess. Dr. Eggman, hearing of the existence of the Emerald, soon attacks the kingdom, hoping to harness the power of the jewel for himself.
