PS3 - Quantum - TGS 2009: Quantum Theory Update Last time we saw Quantum Theory was at E3 2009, and the game was so early as to not even be playable. Now with this gothic 3rd person shooter at about the 50% point in development, Tecmo allowed us to go hands on before granting us an interview with Director Makoto Shibata. PS3 - Quantum - Tecmo Aware Of Quantum/Gears of War Comparisons Ever since Quantum was first announced, there have been the inevitable comparisons with Gears of War. Many even believed that the game was purely being made to try and draw the Gears of War market towards the PlayStation 3.

However, up until now, Tecmo have maintained that Quantum is not a Gears of War clone.

PS3 - Quantum - Tecmo Koei Europe Launch Event Highlights The event began with a presentation highlighting the completion of the merger and the official opening of Tecmo Koei Europe. With KOEI boss Kenji Matsubara in attendance, the new publisher was described as a "new force in games publishing" that plans for "new and vigorous growth in Europe". The first title to be published by the new company will of course be Ninja Gaiden S II.

PS3 - Quantum - Tecmo: PlayStation 3 Most Powerful Hardware Gaming Union writes "During E3 2009, Tecmo gave their opinion on the current state of play with regards to the current generation hardware. They are currently developing Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and Quantum exclusively for the PlayStation 3 and surely there has to be a reason for this."

PS3 - Quantum - E3 '09: Quantum Theory Screenshots Come in Set of Thirty SCRAWL: "Tecmo's bringing a brand new IP to the PlayStation 3 titled Quantum Theory. At first glance, it might remind you of Gears of War, but judging by the game's environments and story, the game is one in its own. Tecmo has released thirty brand new screenshots of the game in light of E3 for our viewing pleasure."
