The upcoming Lost Planet from Capcom is joining the ranks of Devil May Cry 4 and Everybody's Golf, coming with a 5GB installation on the PS3 which can take up to twenty-minutes to complete. The good thing about this though is that the PS3 game has lightning fast load-times following the installation.

IGN Reports: "Well, after about 24 hours on the PlayStation Network, Sony has taken down the Lost Planet: Extreme Condition demo."
The multiplayer demo for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition is temporarily being removed from the PlayStation Network in order to address issues that have come to light. We will be working overtime to correct the issue and expect to upload a new version to the PlayStation Network as soon as possible that accurately reflects the incredible online features of the game. For those of you who have already downloaded the demo, the servers are being taken down until the new version is ready to go. Dont bother downloading the latest demo of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition just yet. Due to some kind of server error, the online "only demo" is not able to connect to any online server, not even ones you host yourself! Hopefully Capcom will respond asap and give the PS3 owners a decent working demo.
