PS3 - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - Worldwide PlayStation 3 releases for the week of June 25th Quite a well populated list. There's no real way anyone can complain about this week's releases. Unless you're a European The Darknees fan. Don't forget, though. If there's a game that's only available in another region, then feel free to import it. Your PlayStation 3 won't care. Release dates are subject to constant change, so give your local game shop a ring before walking down there.

PS3 - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - Harry Potter website unleashes a little magic EA has just launched the official website for the upcoming Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix videogame. While Joystiq only grudgingly admit their penchant for Potter and pals, this latest game looks like it might contain real magic after all. Sandbox-style mission-based gameplay "inspired" by GTA lets you explore Hogwarts on your own schedule, reliving moments from the book along the way. The Wii version of the multiplatform game looks especially interesting with its motion-sensitive spell casting.

EA has launched a fancy new website for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The website should be enough to please any Potter fanatic as it's littered with screenshots (some of which you can see right here), trailers and other things for you muggles to do while you wait for the final book. PS3 - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - Official Harry Potter site launched Games developing giant, Electronic Arts has just launched the official web site for the game version of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The web site is currently incomplete and the UK version is the only one available for public viewing.

PS3 - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - New Details on Potter's Motion-Controlled Spellcasting EA's recreation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will boast a new gesture-based spellcasting system that lets you perform magic with motions on PS3 and Wii.

While the 360 version will remain stuck with conventional analogue sticks, the PS3 and Wii versions will be more interesting.

PS3 - Haze - PS3 'technical issues' hampered Haze development Free Radical's Karl Hilton has acknowledged that the PS3 gave the developer a number of 'stumbling blocks' when creating Haze.

Speaking to Develop, Crytek UK managing director Karl Hilton admitted that Haze "had a lot of development issues which meant it wasn't the game it should have been."

"A lot of them were technical issues," he said. "The PS3 is a powerful machine but a difficult one to get the best out of."
