The dutch website PS3-Sense just posted some screenshots of the new PlayStation Home 0.9.4. They tell us that the maintenance of the PlayStation Network was due to some changes within the Home code (the new client is going live at July 3th). Because Home was consuming too much bandwidth they had to change some stuff within the PSN to let it be able to handle more users online. Check it out after the jump. Off course this is all still a rumour.

Dress used to be, from what we could tell, integrated into Home, giving users the option to design and purchase specfic clothing and such before kitting out their virtual avatar and allowing them to roam freely. Oddly, though, Dress now appears to have it's own game page on the Japanese PlayStation site, suggesting that it's now a stand-alone 'game' and not something incorporated into Home.
Fragcast continues it's outpouring of images from the new Media and Events are within Playstation Home with the second for a four-part look at new screens from the lastest build of the service.
Qore sounds cool, but there's a few unanswered questions, especially over the presence of betas and demos being included in that particular month's 'issue'. Sure, it's only a few dollars, but if this is the precendence that Sony are adopting TheSixthAxis are not entirely confident it's the best way forward.
