Disney Interactive Studios will be bringing two of its upcoming movie-based games to current generation game systems in stereoscopic 3-D. G-Force (on Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3) and Toy Story Mania! (Wii) will feature 3-D effects in their games with the use of the included anaglyphic 3-D glasses (red and cyan lenses). That's a first for this generation of gaming.

From Disney Interactive Studios:
"G-Force and Toy Story Mania! allow the player to choose to turn on special 3-D features in the games while wearing the enclosed 3-D glasses. Using the anaglyphic 3-D glasses, players will see the action extend forward from their television screens in a three-dimensional perspective while playing the games."

"The dawn of three-dimensional technology in films has taken over the Cineplex and it's obvious that video games are the next medium to see this trend," said Rob Neuman, a leading expert in 3-D technology and supervisor at Walt Disney Feature Animation.

PS3 News from N4G | Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
PS3 - Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 - IGN Playstation 3 Game of the Month: August 2007 With all the videogames released each and every month, it can be a difficult task to decide on which title to spend your hard-earned money. Granted, you could always go by our review scores alone and weed through the long list of names to find something that scored high or low, but what if you had somewhere else to turn?

Rather than wait until the end of the year for our big award blowout, we've created this monthly tribute to the weeks that were. The entire PlayStation Team has come together so that we can tell our readers what we thought was the very best game for each system last month... and why. Though some of us often chime in with our comments at the end of reviews, for the most part, the reviews on IGN are primarily written by one editor. In this feature we had every editor on the channel vote for a single title. What better way to represent a team is there than to speak your collective minds?
