PS3 - Fallout 3 - Bethesda confirms Fallout 3 DLC for PS3, two more DLC releases planned for all three platforms Bethesda announced today that the previously exclusive downloadable content for the Xbox 360 version of Fallout 3 will be coming to the PlayStation 3. Bethesda has been working on implementing it for a while and are looking forward to bringing it to PS3 gamers via the PlayStation Network. Operation: Anchorage will be released for PS3 in June, followed by the release of The Pitt and Broken Steel 4-6 weeks apart. Release dates will be forthcoming.

In addition, a new update will be released for PS3 that will allow users to download and play the new DLC. The release date for that update will be announced at a later date.

PS3 - Fallout 3 - Broken Steel Update Bethesda has announced that Broken Steel, the latest piece of DLC for Fallout 3, is now working properly. A few days ago, it was reported that some users were having issues with the PC version of Broken Steel. A post on the Bethesda blog last night has confirmed that the DLC has now been rehosted on Games for Windows LIVE, which should fix the issues that users have had."

PS3 - Fallout 3 - Bethesda may sue over Fallout MMO Financial papers from Interplay suggest that Bethesda may intend to sue the struggling publisher over its planned Fallout MMO.

Interplay retained the rights to make online games based on Fallout when it sold the rest of the rights to Bethesda in 2004. However, it seems there were certain conditions involved in this - conditions which Bethesda claims have not been met.

According to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Bethesda claims that Interplay is in breach of their agreement because it had not commenced "full scale development" of the Fallout MMO by April 4 2009, and has not secured enough funding for the game.

PS3 - Fallout 3 - Fallout 3 theft settlement reached Indie retailer Awesome Games settles with Bethesda following purchase of potentially stolen goods

Awesome Games has negotiated an out of court settlement with Bethesda, following the accusation that the indie had sold stolen copies of Fallout 3.

The Walthamstow-based independent admitted it had bought Fallout 3 from an unknown seller, believing it to be imported stock. However, the title had not been released, and Bethesda believed the goods to have been stolen.
