French gaming mega-site PlayFrance has posted a list of Sony titles coming out in Europe between now and this October and they've revealed a bunch of unheard of titles. Not only do they confirm that both Loco Roco PSN and GT 5 Prologue are coming out in the next couple months, they also listed three previously unheard of games:
At the Nordic Game conference in Sweden last week, LocoRoco creator Tsutomu Kouno expressed indifference on motion sensing controllers. When asked on potentially creating a title for the Wii, he "didn't have much interest." Kouno-san seemed far more impressed with the technological possibilities of a peripheral like the PlayStation Eye, conjuring its controller possibilities. Harkening Minority Report similarities, he imagines playing a game "using hands, without even touching the controller."
Sony Computer Entertainment introduces a new concept in trading card games with THE EYE OF JUDGMENTTM developed exclusively for PLAYSTATION® 3 computer entertainment system. Utilizing Hasbro® and its Wizards of the Coast subsidiary's trading card expertise, the immense power of the PS3® system, and the PLAYSTATION®Eye, Sony's groundbreaking next-generation USB camera for PS3, THE EYE OF JUDGMENT provides a visually stunning experience that adds a third dimension to the trading card game genre.
Eye of Judgment will be sold by the Wizard. This will be the first world wide online card game. Unlike most online card games, Eye of Judgment will include a lot of visual graphics.
The Eye of Judgment has come a long way since it debuted at the Electronic Entertainment Expo last year as a cool tech demo built around a card game. Not only has the game been refined into something pretty cool, but the PlayStation 3 camera, now known as the PlayStation Eye, has also gotten a makeover. We had the chance to try out the latest work-in-progress version recently and have been impressed by how it's all coming together.
Hot on the heels of Sony's announcement of the PlayStation Eye, Wizards of the Coast has announced they will be creating the cards for the camera's first game, The Eye of Judgment.
Sony has revealed the PlayStation Eye peripheral is due for release in Europe this summer.
