Today the highly anticipated Batman: Arkham Asylum game has not only arrived at retail, but has also been awarded a Guinness World Record for the 'Most Critically Acclaimed Superhero Game Ever'.
Batman Arkham Asylum is officially the best game ever after becoming the first game ever to break the 100%, 10/10, 5/5 etc…barrier with a score of 126.54%. The news hit the press as Gamerankings recently updated to reveal that this record breaking average score made it their highest ranking game. Eidos are said to be delighted and a sequel will now be hitting all major formats, mobiles and even the Sinclair Spectrum in time for the holiday season 2010.
With a couple of swift Batarang throws and a deft swoosh of his sexy cape, Bats has blown every other title out of the water with the best game we've played this year. Arkham Asylum really is that good. But, if for some reason you’re not convinced - you must be under some type of Scarecrow hallucination - or you simply want to solve all of the dastardly Riddler challenges, then you've come to the right place.
