It's been over two years since WarDevil showed itself. But our grasp of WarDevil 's particulars is currently limited to the knowledge that it's a PS3-exclusive, and it looks a little like that futuro-war music video from Linkin Park. Publisher Ignition has spuffed out a trio of new screens, which is nice of them, but gameplay details are still conspicuous by their absence. So we've set our analytical sights on this screenshot update, and attempted to figure out just what sort of game WarDevil

You can add Chaos Space Marines to the list of things to kill in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. THQ confirmed today the Forces of Chaos will play a prominent role in the upcoming third-person shooter, making the million-odd feral Orks just one of the two major forces out make Captain Titus' life difficult in the single player campaign...

THQ has announced that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine will be releasing for the PC in addition to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. It’s not terribly surprising news, but as big fans of the Warhammer 40K real-time strategy series developed by Relic, it’s more than welcome.

“The loyal PC audience is incredibly important to us here at Relic so we are delighted to be able to announce the PC version of the game,” said Relic Entertainment’s General Manager Jonathan Dowdeswell in a prepared statement…

A fresh batch of screenshots have arrived for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. Developed by Relic Entertainment, the upcoming over-the-shoulder shooter looks appropriately gory for the franchise. We’re big fans of the treatment Relic gave to the world of Warhammer 40,000 in its most recent real-time strategy title. So, we have high hopes for the upcoming action title. Check out the new screens and a super sweet trailer inside…

THQ's Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine has a demo ready for downloading, and the company's chosen to mark the occasion with something a bit different from the usual bombast: a chat with vocal lead Mark Strong. You probably know Strong as the “That Guy” actor called in whenever a movie needs a gravel-voiced Englishman to be dastardly (Robin Hood, Sherlock Holmes, Green Lantern) – but as this clip explains, the actor was eager to step into a role that allowed him to play the hero for a change. Apparently it's just his face that's the epitome of ruthless British underhandedness? Take a look and see if Strong really looks all that evil to you...

THQ has announced an October 25 release for a free Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine DLC pack. The pack's eponymous Exterminatus mode introduces co-op with a survival scenario pitting up to four players against increasingly ferocious waves of enemies…

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine's first DLC, the Exterminatus pack, has just launched as a free download. The pack adds Exterminatus mode, which is basically Horde by another name, and as such smells every bit as sweet. Which, given that it's a bloody four-player throwdown against limitless waves of grunting space-cretins, probably isn't all that sweet at all, but it makes for fun times...

Having already gifted players with a free DLC update in the form of the Exterminatus pack, THQ is gearing up to release the first paid download content for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine next month. The Chaos Unleashed pack adds new areas and enemies to the four-player co-op Exterminatus mode, as well as additional maps for the original multiplayer section of the game. There's also a new multiplayer mode on the way for non-paying customers...

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine gets its next big DLC installment later in the month, with new paid and free content including skins, maps and vehicles for multiplayer mode...

Sunday 24 September 2006 With Warhawk sadly delayed until next year, we zeroed in on the multiplayer sessions running at Tokyo Game Show for some hands-on time to tide us over, and came away happy with how it's progressing. The PS3 motion-sensitive pad controls were an even cushier fit than we found Lair's to be - perhaps because developer Incognito has had a little longer to get to grips with it, with Warhawk being the first game to publicly demonstrate waggle-o-matic flight at this year's
