One person with such an idea is Peter Thiel, whose work you may have encountered if you've ever paid $1 for a Humble Indie Bundle or underbid on a mercifully-unattended eBay action. right it can be awesome; but when it’s done perfectly, it can be damn near
magical. That’s likely the best way to describe the BioShock cosplay that took
place at Dragon*Con’s “Night at Georgia Aquarium” last week, where group of
Irrational staff members took to the aquarium looking for BioShock cosplayers.
Saying they “hit the jackpot” would be an understatement...

Sega
has announced sale prices on nine titles across PlayStation Network
and Xbox Live, offering cheap retro reissues of some solid classics
and newer titles alike. PSN fans get their discounts immediately,
whereas XBLA subscribers have to wait a week. Knowing what happens
when XBLA players get impatient (namecalling, griefing, possibly the
Apocalypse), 2K's stepped in with some bargain content available
right now...
