Today was an unusually big day for premium avatar accessories. First came the news that Final Fantasy XIII- and Bioshock 2-themed outfits and decorations had debuted on Home, running from $1.99 to $4.99 each...

While we're normally not to keen on the marketing-driven Home or the avatar-costume money pit in general, this stuff was just too weird not to delve in and check out firsthand. Hit up the jump for more details and images.
The Capcom news keeps rolling out this morning - in addition to Marvel vs Capcom 3, we also have a sequel to one of 2008's best games. Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 is a direct follow-up to the XBLA/PSN retro-remake, and looks to follow the same general gameplay pattern as its predecessor. In other words, hard-as-hell platforming, slick graphics and a soundtrack that's almost too good to be true.
Alright, so the trailer below might have a B-movie voiceover but the idea behind Blacklight: Tangodown, is solid enough - a first-person shooter with production values of a big budget game, offered as a downloadable package at a lower price point.
