That Gaming Site writes: "Midway Games through their recent 10-K filing have revealed the recent iteration of the Mortal Kombat franchise has sold over 1.9 million units since its November 2008 release! MK vs. DC now join's Midway's "Hall of Fame" which comprises of titles that have sold over 1 million units, we have included the list below."
The publisher of one of the world's most famous fighting game series is hoping to hold on to "Mortal Kombat," despite what people inferred from a recent Chapter 11 filing.
According to Ed Boon's latest Twitter update, Reptile may be added into Mortal Kombat vs DC some time soon. Boon's update is simply entitled "Reptile wins….in a while", and the picture (see above) is tagged along with the update. Sadly nothing else was mentioned but kezins will keep you posted.

Contained within a Midway press release stating that Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe has shipped 1.8 million units, MK co-founder Ed Boon revealed that the team are already hard at work on another game.
