Mirror's Edge, out now for the 360 and PS3, has demonstrated a tendency to divide its owners. Most reviewers in the US and Europe loved its novel action and unique visual style -- except for the ones that hated it all, of course.
Even though CoD WaW sales fell 51%, it managed to maintain the first place of the British charts, according to Chart Track. With so many games coming out this period, it's natural to see many ups and downs in games sales. The battle is harsh and only the strongest survive.

First-person platformer Mirror's Edge hits Xbox 360 and PS3 today. The PC was supposed to hit sometime "later this winter." How much later? After the holiday season.
DICE, an Electronic Arts studio, has today confirmed that players of Mirror's Edge can look forward to downloadable content at the beginning of 2009.

Based on Unreal Engine 3, with PS3 allegedly lead platform Mirror's Edge is an ambitious attempt at merging Parkour, stealth and more traditional FPS elements into one glorious whole. It's like a more stylised, first person perspective Assassin's Creed, but without all the free-running bits done for you automatically. This seems to have attracted criticism in that the control system is rather complex, but I rather like the freedom the game affords you.

EA has confirmed that a demo for their first person free-running title Mirror's Edge will be hitting PlayStation Network tomorrow.
