The title says it all, MGS4 demo is available on the Japanese PSN store.
In light of recent rumours that Metal Gear Solid 4 could see an update in December, Konami has told CVG that there are "no plans" to release further expansions for the game.
That Gaming Site writes: "Gamestation has been given the exclusive rights to sell a Metal Gear Solid 4 watch! Their are only 500 units available each having their own certificate of authenticity signed by Kojima himself!"
Shortly after the release of Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3) on 12th June 2008 a rumour surfaced saying that a new extended ending would be released exactly six months after the games release, no details were mentioned about what this extended ending would contain, but at the end of MGS4 Old Snake says that he has six months left to live...

Amazon.com on Thurs. began offering Sony Corp.'s Limited Edition Playstation 3 Metal Gear Solid 4 Kojima Bundle following an exclusive release at Konami Corp.'s U.S. game website in June.

It got reignited today: The Metal Gear Solid 4 to 360 rumor. IGN was reporting that a Japanese financial site called Morningstar quoted a Konami public relations representative as saying, "We're actively looking into a release for the Xbox 360." Of course, that is using their quote that they got from whatever translation program they used, because the two main web site translation services, Yahoo's Babalfish and Google Translation, each had just enough differences in how the Japanese Kanja was translated to leave a little doubt in just what that quote meant. Before we even HEAR the official word from Konami or Hideo Kojima himself (they have yet to comment), we would like to share with you a few details about how this was translated, and you make the call (of course, with our usual sarcasm and smart-alleckness).
Yahoo JP are running a story basically infering that Konami, amongst others, are aware there's a massive interest in porting Metal Gear Solid 4 to the Xbox 360. However, the publishers are concious that it's a Sony game at the moment, but next time around chances are their multiformat strategy will have changed somewhat.

October 6, 2008 - Earlier today, Konami announced that the latest expansion to Metal Gear Online, the MEME Expansion, would be released soon through the Metal Gear Online shop. While only a few details were included in their press release, it was noted that three new maps will be included in the title. The first is called Silo Sunset, and is a remake of the MGS: Portable Ops stage for Metal Gear Online. The second is called Forest Firefight, and is a dense jungle stage pulled from MGS3 that focuses on camouflage. Finally, Winter Warehouse is a brand new stage created for Metal Gear Online that is set in a decaying factory.
