Watching people play Mega Man games may not be quite as fun as playing them yourself, but it can be just as rewarding when it's for a good cause. After the success of last year's Mega Marathon Man, a non-stop Mega Man gaming session where viewers could watch and donate money to charity, Chuck and co. will be at it again from September 4th to the 6th, starting at 3pm central time.
The undisovered secret in Mega Man 9 has been teased for a long time. The mystery actually goes all the way back to last year. However, Capcom hasn't budged in terms of revealing the mystery.

Ever since the PS3 integrated Trophy support into its firmware with version 2.40, people have been keeping an eye on Sony's other platform: the PSP. It isn't hard to believe that people have been looking for Trophy support to move onto the PSP - it's proven a great success on the handheld's big daddy, the PS3, and taken plenty of cues from the highly addictive Achievement system created on XBox Live. While everything mentioned here is but speculation, Infinite-Bits believes there is enough evidence to favor the idea of trophies coming to the PSP in the near future.
Fresh off an incredible 2008 year that saw him qualify for the Scribble Jam Championships, open for Common, receive print press coverage in Blender Magazine, and place as a finalist in the Online Hip-Hop Awards, indie MC/teacher Random (aka Mega Ran) has released his 2nd video-game concept album called "Mega Ran 9."
For the second year running, the Xbox 360 is the king of consoles. Barely edging out the impressive PS3, the swanky new dash and the amazing exclusives like Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 put Microsoft over the top. The Wii's casual focus didn't garner it any votes this year.
Left 4 Dead gets new content, more PixelJunk for your trunk and the possibility of another Mega Man WiiWare game as we start breaking our resolutions early this year.
Capcom Blog: LittleBigPlanet is one of those games that's a tool for creatively expressing yourself, and we've seen a few really cool Capcom flavored stages from fans. Above is one I just recently saw in our creative section, done by Availation. Above is his level entitled "Proto Man's Rescue." This is a prelude to his level, "Mega Man's Escape," which you can find in his blog. Stop over to his blog and see the vids, and if you have a PS3 'n LBP go try out his stages!
From the launch of our Capcom Store, to the release of 8 digital games on the PSN, 2008 was a pivotal year for us as we move closer to our goal in becoming the #1 publisher in this space. A personal highlight of mine this year was producing the Street Fighter Underground Remix exclusive to PSN. It made sense since the store launched a new music area. I love the idea of integrating different forms of media with gaming. Wait 'til you hear the next album…
Capcom's Kenji Inafune recently discussed titles developed by Clover Studios. Though Clover no longer exists, Capcom would still be able to create more titles for Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and God Hand. Inafune, however, has expressed zero interest in creating any new games for Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and God Hand, stating that "it's not very likely or appealing."
www.pushingplay.com writes "There are no words to describe how awesome this is, so just watch it. Also, Eddie Lebron is serious and is making the full movie as well. Cannot wait."
Grundy The Man writes, "Mega Man 9 is the part of Capcom's new strategy to revive old school franchises. In a classic return to form, Mega Man 9 channeled the days of eight bit graphics and ass poundingly high levels of difficulty, finally releasing a true successor to Mega Man 2.
Capcom has announced that they will be releasing the second DLC pack for Mega Man 9 this week. The update will contain two new difficulty modes and a special attack time stage.

Capcom is giving some DLC love to the fairly recently released title, Mega Man 9. If you're one of those who find the Mega Man 9 DLC evil and harsh, then it's time to shake a fist in the air and scream "BISOOOOON!" As of right now, you can officially purchase Endless Attack and the Protoman character for Mega Man 9 via WiiWare.
