After twittering Media Molecule probably about 30 times in the last 6mths I received a reply from them with regards to the online create mode, It's not an exact date, but at this point at least it isn't vaporware.

GamersDigest can confirm that the LittleBigPlanet demo is now available to download on the Japanese PSN store.

The demo comes in at 917MB, and features a small selection of levels from the game and community database, along with a few level creation tools to test out.

It will be released on other regional stores on the PlayStation Network later today.

The flyer, entitled 'Craft World' is wordy, with far less art than you'd expect from the creative bods at the studio - and the central character is a poor relation to the sackboy we all know and love. The DIY aesthetic was in place in the early stages however, with the potential game's main selling point cited as putting 'the player in control of a uniquely customisable, compelling game-world.'

This isn't the first time LittleBigPlanet has been recalled. After having to be patched due to offensive Islamic themes showing up in the launch version of the game, the game was also recalled due to the offensive themes.
