"Hi, Robert Karp here, you might remember from a Hustle Kings post I did a few months ago, but today I'm here to write about Lemmings.

Those loveable little Lemmings are back once again giving you another chance to play one of the greatest puzzlers of all time, exclusively on PS3. This classic has been remade in High Definition and now includes both trophies and rumble support!"
Nature's way of saying 'this'll learn ya' when you do something stupid like fall on your keys in a nettle patch made of razor wire. With salt on it. Videogame-wise, however, there's virtually no chance a game will be able to physically cause you pain. Thankfully, there's a much more cathartic alternative - you get to inflict it instead. ...

Molinets explained to Gamasutra: "Internally, we have shifted our focus from doing large-scope PS2 and PS3 titles to doing PSN titles exclusively. We've got three smaller groups now, and they're all doing very differentiated products with different requirements."
This game's pedigree is flawless - Lemmings was first designed for the ancient Commodore Amiga back in 1991, and went on to fill its mantelpiece with every conceivable videogames-related goings on. Updated versions were released over the years until recently when Team 17, developers of the almost-equally-classic Worms, took over the series and managed to come up with a superbly reworked PSP version that's one of the handheld's finest puzzling titles.

Sony Computer Entertainment has confirmed with IGN today that it will unveil three more downloadable options for the PlayStation Store starting tomorrow. Lemmings 2, Go! Sodoku 2 and a playable demo of Genji: Days of the Blade will be available at an undisclosed time starting Thursday, December 7.
Featuring 40 brand new levels, added visual effects, and 1080p HD support, Lemmings 2 will retail for $5.99 and take up 270 megabytes of hard drive space. Go! Sodoku 2 will work with a more open price structure, as the initial level will be absolutely free with every level afterwards costing $2.99. There are four levels in all -- Easy, Mild, Difficult, and Fiendish. Combined, these four breakouts will make for 1000 different stages and the game will support up to four players as well. Its size is 86MB for the base file and 100k for each additional level.
