Operating as part of Warner Bros. Nominations for Develop Industry Excellence Awards are unveiled, and two developers are likely to walk away with most of them. Rockstar and Media Molecule will be contesting for the most category nominations. Rockstar snags six of them with GTA: Chinatown Wars and GTA IV: The Lost and the Damned from Rockstar while Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet alone is nominated for another five.

PSLS reports that LEGO Batman: The Video Game for PS3 is playable via PSP remote play. Even if you don't have the Blu-ray/retail version of the game, the PS3 LEGO Batman demo (available on the PSN for a few weeks) supports remote play, too! Hopefully more developers will embrace remote play as they get better at programming the PS3 architecture and free up more memory. Did anyone else think that the Fracture demo wasn't as abysmal as you were expecting? Sure, it was the epitome of mediocre third-person action with a gimmick attached, but at times it was almost fun. Well the full game is out this week in both the US and Europe and, unless you're a European lego fan with vigilante tendencies, that's pretty much it. Oh, except for basketball. Lots of basketball.
