Kane & Lynch: Dead Men

Kane & Lynch - updated hands-on

We get kill-crazy with the psychos of Dead Men

After capping some more cops, we ducked into a van and that's where our demo ended. Intense, brutal and satisfying. Obviously there's a second lead role in Lynch, but we didn't get to see his action, as Kane will be the main character throughout the game. However, co-op mode (sadly split-screen and offline) will let a second player control Lynch, details of which won't be revealed until closer to the game's release. There will be multiplayer modes, but Eidos was mum on that too.

Besides some stiff aiming controls and questionable enemy AI that stays still after being shot, we're confidant Io Interactive and Eidos will iron out all the kinks so that the game will properly rock your console this winter. Be on the lookout for multiplayer updates in the coming weeks and check back for our review soon.
