Heavy Rain: The Origami Killer

E3 09: OPM UK gets hands-on with Heavy Rain

VIDEO: Our sister mag has played the PS3's most intriguing exclusive. Check it out here

Heavy Rain is easily the PS3's most enigmatic upcoming exclusive. Dripping with mood and mystery, it promises to combine innovative controls with a hitherto unimagined level of storyline malleability. It's without doubt one of the biggest games for PS3 owners to keep an eye on over the next year, and we're jealous to report that Tim Clark, editor of the UK's official PlayStation magazine, has been playing it at E3 '09. If he wasn't a friend of Radar, we'd be really annoyed. But as he is, we instead present his findings in video form. Click on.

Look interesting enough. Worried it could get a bit repetitive and the gameplay could hamper freedom... but its kind of like an interactive movie so lets hope its good...

Looks like an intereactive movie as apposed to a videogame. Only concern is that the gameplay becomes repetative and boaring...

I'm really annoyed by the bashing this game is getting. People sating it's gonna be boring, and it's not a real game. If they had played Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy, they'd be as hyped as i am for this game.

100% must buy for me.

Yup, looks extremely interesting. I'll stay skeptical like I actually always try to do with any game that is trying something a bit new, or in this case very new, not because I dont like new, new is great and needs to be tried, but the results arent always pleasing. However from what we've seen here I think we can all agree there are many reasons to be hopeful.
