The Official UK Playstation website has recently been updated. With it, a new description of 'Heavenly Sword'.
In an article by Yahoo.com they attack the allegations of the critically acclaimed screen shot of Heavenly Sword released last week as being actual in-game footage. They are quoted saying:
While attending the SPU training session on Thursday at GDC 2007, Playstation Universe was able to see an example of gameplay footage from Heavenly Sword. Due to the technical nature of the event, the video gaming press for the most part avoided the event. Boy, did they miss out.
Website thelastboss.com has gotten their hands on a copy of a local EB Games release chart for PS3 Software. The list however ends in june. This was in an attempt to get a confirmation of the release date of Heavenly Sword.
Heavenly Sword developer Ninja Theory is generally pleased with the PlayStation 3 but admits it can be "an interesting ride" to develop for.

Heavenly Sword is so beautiful it'd make Bond ditch his girl. Click through to a gameplay video and you can be darn sure you'll be scratching your head for hours afterwards trying to work out if you just saw FMV or in-game footage. But Ninja Theory has been keeping the game so close to its chests for so long that we're fairly sketchy on just what's going on beneath the surface.
According to a Heavenly Sword developer interview posted on IGN, Duncan Frostick (combat code Ninja), Nina Kristensen (chief development Ninja), SaiTong Man (combat design Ninja), and Guy Midgely, are all working hard to complete the title in time.
