Throwing and Guiding
As you should have noticed, you can pick up shields and throw them, and also guide their direction with the sixaxis controls. The same works for everything else: swords, hammers, BODIES, pieces of wood...

So if you ever find yourself losing, pick up a dead body and guide it to your enemies, which after about 3 throws should kill them.
