ConnectedConsoles: God of War III is one of the most anticipated PS3 exclusive's ever released, and the majority of games being released in this generation feature some type of multiplayer whether it's competitive or cooperative. Now God of War III, will not have multiplayer as it was revealed in an interview with GamePro that it wouldn't "fit"
It has today been revealed that a God of War III demo will not be available for download to the European public in 2009.
The demo will be available on November 19, about a month after Infamous' October 15 release date in Japan. Codes can be redeemed from November 19 to February 2010.
It's looking like Japanese gamers will have first access to the God of War III demo this fall.

Gamesthirst writes: Jonathan Knight is the writer, producer and director for EA's Dante's Inferno, (the guy's a genius) and in this month's Playstation: The Official Magazine he paused from his busy and "hellish" schedule to field a few questions. In the interview, they discussed a variety of different topics, however the interviewer for PTOM had to get one question off his chest from the onset:
Split-Screen: "What could be better than shoving your blade into an enemy's throat as it futilely prevents you from doing so, before you succeed and the blood gushes in a geyser in your face? How about doing it in first-person as the blood stains the screen? Not a lot of action games would take very well to the first person shooter (FPS) style of controls and perspective but as SCEA Art Director Ken Feldman revealed, he sure wished God of War III could have done it."

This past week, Sony announced the re-release of the revered hits God of War, and God of War 2 together on a single Blu-Ray Disc. Each game will be remastered, and feature full trophy support. The God of War: Collection is now available for pre-order.
