Gamerzines, the site behind the free magazines for Xbox 360, PC games, PSP and DS, has launched its free PlayStation 3 magazine to co-incide with the UK launch of the console. As with other Gamerzines, the magazine is written by professional games journalists and offered for free in a digital format. All that is required is Adobe Reader 8 on a PC. The magazine is enhanced with videos and multimedia that play on the pages themselves.
December 1, 2006 - Today SEGA announced that Full Auto 2: Battlelines for the PS3 has officially gone gold, and is ready to be manufactured and distributed to stores across North America. The sequel to the Xbox 360 game developed by Pseudo Interactive, Full Auto 2 features fast cars outfitted with destructive weaponry.
Despite previous plans to release Full Auto 2: Battlelines as a "day and date" launch title with the PlayStation 3, SEGA of America has retracted that notion and confirmed with IGN that it has pushed the game back by several weeks. Here's what the company's official spokesperson had to say:
Gearing up for its launch-day release on the PS3, Full Auto 2: Battlelines is set to improve upon the original game previously released on the Xbox 360 in every way, one of which being some great licensed music. Just this week Sega has announced the game's official soundtrack, and we are here to report the full song lineup....
The official in-game soundtrack to Full Auto 2: Battlelines has been unveiled.
The PS3 could launch with 24 titles and Wii with 30 titles according to new documents detailing the two companies' plans.
German game site www.gameguide.nl posted today the ultimate list of 160 game tittles in production for the ps3.
Fans of vehicular mayhem take note: Full Auto 2: Battlelines is racing onto the PS3 with both guns blazing. But is this next-gen sequel destined to be a lemon or a cherry?
So after a long blackout of information on PlayStation 3, a select group of journalists went over to Sega's office yesterday to play launch title Full Auto 2: Battlelines on actual real living breathing PS3 development stations (you can see a video, including shots of the controller and on-screen menu bar, at Gamevideos).
Great news for Sega fans today, with Sega of America's vice president of marketing, Scott Steinberg confirming that both next-gen Sonic and Full Auto 2: Battlelines are both on track for the November PS3 launch.
