According to the UK Playstation site: From August 21 to August 31, 2007, visit Playstation Store with your PS3 to download an exclusive demo and experience the innovative gameplay of Folklore for yourself.
During the Folklore presentation by the game's designer Yoshiki Okamoto at Sony's PR space, 3Rooms, some details on planned downloadable content were shown. Six download packs, or "Quest Packs", have been planned. Each pack will contain the following:
Sony is drumming up support this week for Folklore, its new monster-collection game for the PlayStation 3. The company will be showing off the game to attendees at this year's Games Convention in Leipzig. What the assembled masses won't see is the PSP edition, which Sony has told Kikizo is in the works in Japan already.
While PS3Fanboy.com were at Sony's 3Rooms today, they were told that Wednesday night will see a large update straight from Leipzig. Why Wednesday? Because that's when the Sony Press Conference is, of course. The update will contain lots of trailers from the show as well as an English language Folklore demo.
To celebrate the release of Folklore, SCEA is giving you a once-in-a-lifetime chance to make a character that will be included in the game!

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe sent word to press outlets in Spain of its line up for the rest of the year, including new dates and additional confirmation on previously unconfirmed games. On the list of releases were games like LocoRoco 2 and Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, both scheduled for release this calendar year.
It was rumored a few days ago that there would be a demo of Folklore sometime in June well its been confirmed now and it's much earlier than that! If Game Republic's dedication to making Folklore's gameplay a bit more simplistic than its previous Playstation 3 title is any indication, the game may turn out to be that one game a lot of us have been waiting for¿at least those of us yearning for a JRPG.

According to WatchIMpress, the Japanese PS3 store will be getting a demo of Folklore sometime in early June. No word on a US release yet
