Trailer Trash 10

The week’s weird, wacky and WTF videogame trailers

Words: GamesRadar US

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Here you go: creepy wax-face renditions of your favorite wand-wavers on every platform known to man (and a couple that haven’t even been invented yet.)

Scooby Doo: First Frights

The trailer starts off very promising with a peek at some Grim Fandango-esque skeleton musicians, but quickly deteriorates into senseless drivel with bizarre renditions of the beloved characters. Not to mention the totally extreme announcer imploring you to “play Scooby’s biggest adventures yet, and see how it all began.” So let’s get this straight, they’re going back to the original Scooby Doo stories which are also simultaneously the biggest adventures yet? Marketing-speak makes my head hurt.

MySims Agents

While not officially a film or TV tie-in, MySims Agents has Nickelodeon’s assy stench all over it. Could this be why Will Wright is no longer interested in the Sims franchise? We’re going to go out on a limb and say yes, yes it is.

Next page: Japanophiles rejoice!

Where do they get these ladies? Is there some kind of Future Inc. picture dump of trashy sexy ladies?

Why does Japan get all the bat-shit crazy stuff? I wonder if the drill sergeant game ends with you blowing your brains out all over the washroom...I'm guessing no.

When ever I look at these Trailer Trash vids, I feel obligated to say "WTF?" at least a dozen times per video.

WTF has happened to Scooby Doo? I grew up with the Doo man. Cartoon Network made the New Scooby Doo a little while back with some Soooby Doo movies where the monsters are actually real and not people in masks. Screw that noise son, old school Doo will never die.

Oh well done, Greed. 4 comments too late, and in the same week as the "What to Say to the Guy who Comments "FIRST!!" article. Classy timing. I just hope you're ashamed of your slow typing. Delete your account.

I am actually quite amazed that no one has commented on the last video "Minna no Theatre". The others deserved to be in Trailer Trash but Minna was the only one that made me laugh
