Tomb Raider III

We don’t know why Hollywood spent so much money on those first two Tomb Raider movies. As this fan trailer for part three shows us, all they needed was someone’s living room, a couple of sheets, a Jack Sparrow costume, a photo of an explosion and some holiday videos for locations. Wasteful guys, very wasteful.

Our favourite parts? The “On your marks, get set, go!” edit at 0:36 and the way Lara manages to step out of the sea completely dry. We distinctly saw some Drake’s-style wetness effects on her at our preview of Underworld, so this must be based on one of the older games.
