If you visit the Gaming portion of the Blu-Ray website, you'll actually see a nice description of one of the things that makes the Blu-Ray a potential winner in the households: games. The problem arises when you take a look at the latter portion of their write-up.
In an interview with GamesIndustry.biz, Mark Beaumont, executive VP Capcom and newly appointed head of consumer software in Europe, revealed that Devil May Cry 4 will be released on the PlayStation 3 this "autumn".
Rumors have been been flying around the internet recently about confirmation from PlayStation Magazine that Devil May Cry 4, playable since TGS 06, would be coming to the Xbox 360.
A recent poll on the official Capcom website suggests that gamers are most looking forward to Resident Evil 5. Out of the five options to choose from, RE5 received over 50% of the total votes. Devil May Cry 4 was second with just over 20% of the votes followed by Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles on the Wii with 17%.
In the latest issue of Playstation Magazine there is an article discussing the future of Devil May Cry 4 and whether it will remain a PS3 exclusive. PSM is reporting that Capcom will be showing some more Microsoft love and will be bringing the series to the Xbox 360.

A page in the Capcom 2006 annual report which is about the company's new mulit-platform strategy mention the game Devil May Cry along with Resident Evil. Most anticipated has to be Devil May Cry 4 for the PlayStation 3. Since the game was revealed several E3s ago very little has been seen, but over the last week new images and info have been filtering through. Capcom has stated that although playable at the show, they'll only be putting the game on 12 demo units, so be prepared to wait to get some hands-on time.
