same here. i had no idea od the price you had to pay monthly. i thought it was just another game.it is sweet but not worth the cost of 15 $ a month

I've had this game for three days now and the only major problem so far was the initial download and installation of the game. The first copy was a bad disk so I got a new one no problem but the servers wouldn't let me install the game until yesterday afternoon. So, I only got to play the game for an hour until I had to got to work. The game so far looks great. The subsription fee is something I have to get used to and think it should be free since most of us pay $60 for this game.

Am I the only one who didn't know this was going to have a monthly subscription of 15 bucks on the PSN? I don't really play MMOs but doesn't that seem like a lot of money for a game we have already paid full price on?

If you go to the website, you see that it's official rated "T" for Mild Blood
Mild Langue (but so far I've only heard damn)
Mild Suggestive Themes
Violence
The blood and violence are kind of implied because it's mostly a fighting game and the suggestive themes are probbably 'cause you fight with crimanals. Plus there are way more videos on their website.

DC Universe Online - hands-on
It's better than we thought
Dec 08, 2010
Here's a surprise for you: The beta for DC Universe Online is actually fun. For months we've feared that Sony Online Entertainment's newest outing would be another Star Wars Galaxies at worst or a tired World of Warcraft clone at best, but DC Universe Online quickly proves that there's more than one way to enjoy yourself while wearing latex. This is what would have happened if Batman: Arkham Asylum had had an extensive multiplayer campaign; this is what happens when true action replaces the point-and-click mechanics of many MMOs; best of all, this must be what happens when Sony Online Entertainment gets something right... » Read Full DC Universe Online preview
