PalGN reports: "It's never good to be the bearer of bad news, so often the case when words like 'OFLC' and 'videogames' make it into the same article. Therefore, it's a good change to bring the news that Dark Sector, refused classification by the OFLC (Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification) in February has now been re-rated and awarded an MA15+ classification.
"So far since the launch of the new PS Store, European has seen it's fair share of good quality updates. Certainly, the situation appears to be much better than before and SCEE seem to be coming good on their promise that they would 'sort the situation out' by the Summer.

CVG reports that Digital Extremes CEO James Schmalz has explained yesterday's comments from a team member suggesting that sci-fi slasher Dark Sector was almost canned on PS3.
Videogaming247 is reporting that Digital Extremes guy Dave Kudirka sees Prototype in the same space as his baby Dark Sector, saying, "There are a few action titles coming out in this first quarter that we'll be competing with, but Prototype is definitely the title that appears to have generated comparison to Dark Sector in the online community.
