That's because the ESRB let slip the first news of the DLC a little over a month ago.

Although EA has confirmed that Red Alert 3 doesn't support the PLAYSTATION 3 keyboard/mouse functionality, they promise that the CommandStick 2.0 design will make it easy for all gamers to control and issue their orders.
